Our research unit conducts high quality research studies in the field of interventional radiology/image-guided surgery. We work with local and national stakeholders, and have received numbers grants to support our work.

TI-PE: Thrombectomy in Pulmonary Embolism

Prioritisation of Vascular IR Research

Delphi consensus study to prioritise research within the field of vascular Interventional radiology

At Plymouth, as well as running a number of our own studies we recruit to a wide variety of other studies. 

Interventional Radiology PPI Collaborative

We run a Patient Participation Initiative (PPI) Collaborative through which we can offer lay insights into proposed service provision and research projects, including high budget NIHR grant proposals. ​We meet periodically and consider applications nationally in addition to our work locally.
